What I Do

I was born and raised in Bangalore, India and moved to the U.K nearly 15 years ago. I am a chef and have cooked at several prominent restaurants including the 2 Michelin starred Hibiscus and The River Cafe, where I worked for 10 years until Summer 2018.

Following years of cooking Italian food, I wanted to revisit my Southern Indian roots. I spent two years developing recipes for Modern Indian food using authentic flavours, local and seasonal produce - turning them into pop-up suppers. I successfully ran these events across London, Berlin, Copenhagen, Tuscany and New Delhi.

In March 2020, I took on the position of head chef at Pali Hill, a lovely Fitzrovia restaurant serving up regional Indian plates inspired by the diverse home made food exchanged by neighbors in Mumbai.
